Graphite grease is manufactured from high quality soap and graphite as filler. the grease is very smooth ,dark greay in color, homogeneous and free from grit or other visible impurities.it is recommended for springs, hydraulic rams and other special application as well as for rust proffing.
INDUSTRIA GEAR OIL(vg68,100,150,220)
industrial gear oils are blended from highly refined base stocks and are fortified with specially selected ep and other additives. they have good thermal stability and high oxidation resistance , good demulsibility , low famming tendency and provide rust and corrosion protection to metal surface. these oils are recommended for heavy duty enclosed gear drives, with splash and circulation system and for plain bearing, sliding surface and chain drives subject to heavy or shock loading in industrial equipment.
CUTTING OIL
cutting oil are premium quality water soluble cutting oil, specially developed to form extremely stable milky emulsion even with extreme hard water, leading to excellent tool life and finish, in all metal cutting operations, where cooling is more important than lubrication. they have excellent anti rust and anti froth quality and cause no corrosion of machine, work piece or tool. performance level as per is:8406-1993(RA2006) specification.
